About the event
As part of Independent Venue Week 2026, we have good time gospel-blues outfit The Dead Seat with a foot-tapping night of live music at Pealie’s Barn. Headlining are the electrifying The Dead Seat, bringing their raw, high-energy sound to our beautiful & atmospheric rural venue.
They’re joined by two standout local acts James Gray Robson & Josh Atkinson.
The Dead Seat: "Formed in 2017, The Dead Seat aimed to do something a little different. Responding to the changes in the live music scene, they ditched the electric guitars and drumkit, and went full acoustic, with the idea of being able to easily carry their instruments to any Open Mic they fancied turning up at.
